It's not always easy to get an appointment (especially when the phone is constantly engaged), but the receptionists are always helpful. The doctors I see are caring and helpful, and the nurses are brilliant.
Further to the comment below, trying to get an appointment is very difficult if you work full time. I commute to London and so if I need an appointment I have to book the morning off with no guarantee of getting through the 8am call lottery. I have been considering moving to a surgery with extended hours/ Saturday or a system where you can book in advance.
That said I do very much rate the doctors and service you get when you arrive. Dr Sadler is what I consider a doctor who you feel cares more about the patient than targets.
I got an appointment pretty much straight away. Although when I was diagnosed the nurse didn't really tell me what I actually had wrong with me properly and just prescribed me with medication without telling me how to take them, how long for etc and how long my illness would last. I left the doctors feeling a little confused. The receptionists were really nice and helpful.
Having moved to the area in August 2015 at 13 weeks pregnant it was very important to me that I could find a surgery I could rely on. Seven Dials has to be the friendliest, most efficient doctors I have ever been registered with. The receptionists go above and beyond to help you out both with finding appropriate appointment times, offering basic advice and helping you as a patient, get the help that you need. I really couldn't be happier. The doctors are all very attentive and Justine the community midwife is outstanding. I feel very lucky to have had this service throughout my pregnancy.
I have been registered with this surgery for 3 years and I am absolutely happy with its level of service from the General Practitioners to the nurses and the helpful and kind reception staff.
I would definitely recommend this place.
